About the Job: 

Radicle Health is looking for a Technical Product Manager. Our Technical Product Managers (TPM) work cross-functionally to bring complex technical capabilities from concept to market, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. They’re responsible for the success of their product area, making data-informed and iterative decisions with their Engineering and Design peers.

Who you are: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
  • Experience in analytics, integrations, API, AI, SQL, SAML/OAuth
  • Engineering experience would be a strong plus, not required
  • Experience in Healthcare inter-operability, including HL7, CARES Act, ONC Certifications

What you’ll be responsible for: 

Product expertise

  • Lead discovery with a strong technical lens, collaborating with engineering and architecture
  • to assess feasibility and scalability.
  • Translate complex technical requirements (e.g., SSO, API design, integration protocols) into clear product stories and documentation.
  • Maintain deep understanding of system architecture, data flows, and dependencies across internal and external systems.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on technical product areas, including partner integrations, identity management, and shared services.

Product delivery

  • Partner closely with engineering to define and scope technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and scalability.
  • Drive delivery of technically complex features such as public APIs, embedded partner products, and shared components.
  • Use metrics like system performance, integration success rate, and API adoption to guide iteration and improvement.
  • Champion technical debt management and advocate for platform investments that enable long-term product velocity.

Product ownership and direction

  • Clearly define, justify, and articulate a roadmap that balances customer needs with technical feasibility and platform evolution.
  • Prioritize initiatives that enable cross-product consistency and reuse (e.g., shared UI components, common services).
  • Regularly partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support the go-tomarket efforts with technical enablement materials and training.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet regulatory and enterprise standards.

Mentorship and leadership

  • Mentor product managers technical product thinking, systems design tradeoffs, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives that span multiple teams or product lines.
  • Influence engineering and product culture by advocating for best practices in technical product management

  • Location: Remote 

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
