WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Technical Platform Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key operational liaison, ensuring the seamless performance of Viant’s products, including our Demand Side Platform (DSP). - Provide second-level QA and platform support, ensuring escalated issues are thoroughly documented and addressed with urgency.
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance platform stability, operational workflows, and campaign execution quality.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable feedback for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
