About the Role:

Our Sales Enablement team is growing! We’re seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to support our internal Customer Experience (CX) and Channel Partner technical sales teams. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop and deliver the technical content, tools, and programs that equip our teams with the knowledge and confidence to engage effectively. You’ll draw on your experience in building and delivering targeted enablement content to help teams ramp up quickly and perform at a high level. You will also identify opportunities to enhance processes and content to support our fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales Enablement leadership, Solutions Architect leadership, Channel Partner leadership, and Product Management to identify learning gaps and develop a plan for onboarding and continuous enablement of internal and external technical sales teams.
  • Build and maintain courseware, demo materials, and hands-on lab exercises for internal and external technical sales teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvement across the technical pre-sales cycle, including the process for proof of concepts.
  • Create and execute assessment programs for internal and external technical sales teams, including the evaluation of demos and technical presentations.
  • Establish processes to monitor results of training participants and collect feedback to determine the effectiveness and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Sales Enablement team to leverage best practices and programs. Collaboration with CX teams to ensure alignment on training goals and shared initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain internal and external content repositories, the partner portal, and the Dragos Academy (learning management system). 
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Channel Partner, and Solutions Architect leadership to contribute technical training for in-person and virtual events, and training, such as Sales Kick-Off, Partner Summits, Solutions Architect training workshops, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pre-sales or consultative role.
  • Demonstrated enablement experience, including designing and delivering courseware or training programs for technical professionals in cybersecurity and SaaS product environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, the OSI model, and the Purdue model.
  • Proven success serving as, or supporting, a pre-sales technical resource in enterprise software sales (e.g., Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Skilled at building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across global teams, without direct authority.
  • Track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from concept through successful implementation.
  • Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States.

Compensation:
