About this Role: 

GoodRx is seeking a Senior Brand Data Analyst to help us improve the affordability for high cost, branded drugs in our marketplace in order to drive growth. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable invoicing infrastructure that supports our brand operations. The individual in this role will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data while building out efficient systems and processes. This role will be responsible for creating data flows and reporting frameworks that power invoicing and revenue reporting. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement the data architecture, workflows, and reporting systems needed for invoice creation. 

  • Monitor performance, identify errors and omissions from reporting, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and establish updated protocols for improvement.

  • Partner with finance, operations, accounting and data engineering teams to establish reliable data flows and agreed upon standards.

  • Create standardized templates and dashboards for invoice generation, reconciliation, and tracking with a focus on accuracy and auditability. 

  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy. 

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and isn’t afraid to ask “why” or challenge the status quo.

  • Present methodologies and recommendations to senior management in a concise format with clear metrics, actions, and execution strategies.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex problems into actionable solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc), and powerpoint.

  • Comfortable working with large and complex data sets.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders. 

  • Experience engaging with external stakeholders and business partners. 

  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time. 

Education and Experience:

  • 5 years with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a master’s degree within analytics preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field, such as analytics or data science. PBM, Retail Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, or healthcare experience is preferred.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$119,000.00 - $179,000.00

New York Office:

$109,000.00 - $164,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$99,000.00 - $149,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$89,000.00 - $134,000.00
