Technical Consultant
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Consultant with a strong focus on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI-driven automation to join our consulting team. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving document intelligence, enterprise content management, and business process automation. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on development experience in deploying document-centric AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
As a core member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing intelligent document workflows using technologies such as OCR, machine learning, NLP, and AI-powered data extraction. You will help clients streamline document lifecycles by designing scalable, automated solutions and enabling seamless integration with ECMs, ERPs, CRMs, and BPM platforms. This is a Client-Facing Consulting role. You will collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and deliver best-fit solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IDP solutions using AI/ML models for classification, extraction, and validation of unstructured and semi-structured documents.
Integrate intelligent automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, AI-enabled technical architectures.
Present solution designs and technical options clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Lead workshops and client discussions on document automation, governance, compliance, and lifecycle optimization.
Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance accuracy and decision-making within document workflows.
Integrate OCR and natural language processing (NLP) components to enhance unstructured document understanding
Implement machine learning models for document classification, entity recognition, and workflow decisioning
Apply document AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Document Intelligence, GCP Document AI, Tesseract) in production settings
Provide post-deployment guidance and optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.
Write and maintain scripts and connectors using C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and SQL
Design secure and scalable integration layers with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, and Workday
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in 2 or more of the following: JavaScript / Angular / React, C# / .NET, Python, SQL
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal oversight
Excellent communication skills, able to interface directly with clients and internal teams
Enjoys hacking, problem-solving, and finding creative workarounds to complex issues
Thrives in solving tough automation challenges and simplifying complexity
Willing and able to travel up to 50%+ to support client engagements and implementations
Bachelor's Degree of Master's Degree in Computer Science or other Technology discipline
