Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add a Technical Architect to our ServiceNow team. In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. You’ll demonstrate strong technical competence and business acumen through engaging in technology decision-making discussions related to agility and business value surrounding the ServiceNow platform and other cloud and PaaS solutions. You’ll empower other consultants by sharing subject matter expertise in large enterprise implementations, as well as overseeing delivery of large, complex, and strategic projects for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do
- Lead requirements and design sessions with customer and internal teams
- Author functional requirements and technical design documentation
- Lead pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals
- Lead strategic planning and roadmap development with customers
- Work with functional teams to plan project sprints, scope and resource allocation
- Manage project milestones to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
- Research and evangelize modern data solutions and new technologies
- Collaborate with the team to help set standard architectures, processes, and best practices
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors
- Promote service offerings through blogs posts, industry groups, and speaking events
What You'll Need
- 5+ years working in the ServiceNow platform designing enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain HRSD workflows, ensuring they align with organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support during HRSD implementation projects, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff on using ServiceNow HRSD features and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems to create a seamless HR ecosystem.
- Create and maintain documentation for HRSD configurations, customizations, and processes.
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience working in a professional services organization
- Experience with ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog
- Experience with ITBM, including Project and Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, and Demand Management
