We’re looking for a data-driven Technical Account Manager (TAOM) to join our Ad Measurement team to help our customers measure the impact of their brands. You will work closely with the Technical Project Manager (TPM) and external Advertising Operations teams to execute ad measurement implementations, to ensure accurate campaign measurement for our customers.


The ideal candidate must possess a very high level of technical aptitude, hands-on analysis skills, and project management skills. Exposure to digital marketing, ad server technologies, and experience with technical troubleshooting are highly desired.


The position reports to our Lead Technical Project Manager - Ad Measurement.

What you will do:

  • Champion the delivery of customer projects for DISQO’s Ad Measurement solutions by ensuring accurate digital campaign measurement.
  • Maintain documents to communicate status and next-steps in troubleshooting tagging/technical details.
  • Support customers by escalating business/technical issues internally and addressing client requests with the highest sense of urgency.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and customers, working autonomously with the necessary members of the extended ad measurement team.
  • Beyond that, the sky’s the limit. Know that you will be fully supported to reach your full potential and maximize your impact on DISQO’s future.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field or relevant experience. 
  • 2+ years of project management experience in MarTech/AdTech SaaS organizations
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing and the AdTech landscape
  • Ability to translate technical details into digestible language for non-technical audiences
  • Possess strong organizational, operational, analytical, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data problem-solving skills
