Compensation: $80 - $120 per hour

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic scenarios from your work — technical accounting memos, technical accounting schedules, SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q), footnotes & disclosures, and applying new/complex ASC standards to transactions
- Review and compare AI-generated technical outputs for standards-accurate conclusions and defensible support
- Provide clear written feedback that improves how AI reasons about technical accounting
- Collaborate asynchronously with the research team
Ideal Qualifications
- Big 4 or public-company technical accounting / SEC reporting background
- Deep, hands-on ASC exposure (606, 842, 718, 805) — actual technical-accounting depth, not general audit experience

- Strong written communication and attention to detail
Application Process
- Submit a resume or a short summary of your technical accounting experience
- Complete a short form on your practice area, specialties, and certifications
