We’re looking for a Tech Partnerships Manager to join our GTM team and lead partnerships for monday dev - monday.com’s dedicated product for software engineering teams.

monday dev is reimagining how engineering organizations manage product development. To do this, we’re building a modern, flexible platform that integrates natively into the tools developers already love. We’re looking for a passionate, tech-savvy partnerships leader to help us shape monday dev into a cutting-edge developer product by owning relationships with strategic developer tooling and infrastructure partners.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and building long-term partnerships with companies like GitHub, Cursor and more — from AI dev tools to source control, CI/CD, and productivity platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from scouting and evaluation to product integration and joint go-to-market (GTM) execution.

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or product strategy roles in a tech environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the software development lifecycle and the tools engineers use daily - from GitHub to IDEs, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and AI dev tools.
  • Proven ability to identify, structure, and close impactful partnerships with high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience working closely with Product and R&D teams on technical integrations and with Marketing on co-launch strategies.
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder - comfortable working with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Highly strategic with a bias for action - capable of going from insight to execution quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Passionate about developer experience and building an ecosystem that empowers software teams.

Why monday dev?

monday dev is a modern platform built for product and development teams, combining the flexibility of monday.com with purpose-built capabilities for planning, building, and delivering software at scale. Join us at a critical growth moment and help shape how the next generation of dev teams collaborate, ship, and scale.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
