The CRO Enablement group seeks a Knowledge Management Lead to define and scale knowledge delivery for global revenue teams.
You'll design and implement frameworks, governance models, and AI-powered systems, enabling Sales to access consistent, reliable, and actionable information.
This strategic individual contributor role focuses on building infrastructure that connects people, data, and expertise across the CRO organization, ideal for someone who thrives on designing systems and enabling scale.
- 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or revenue enablement, supporting sales teams.
- Proven expertise in developing and scaling knowledge management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven knowledge platforms — such as chatbots or intelligent searches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently, managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in SaaS environments preferred.
