The summary above was generated by AI

Being sick or injured is painful. Getting better shouldn’t be.

Most industries have been transformed by new technology. Healthcare is still waiting — and you can help change that.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: make healthcare accessible, transparent, and effortless for all. We put the consumer at the center, move fast and partner with forward-thinking providers to deliver software that makes care better, faster, and more human. This is work with real-world stakes — and you can help lead the way.

At Solv, the products you help deliver will shape how millions of people find and receive care. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to blend proven SaaS capabilities with cutting-edge AI—building solutions that are both practical and transformative.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Team Lead / Manager for our Solutions Architect team—a hands-on leader who thrives in a consulting-oriented, high-growth environment. You’ll guide a small but mighty team of Solutions Architects responsible for scoping, deploying and supporting Solv’s enterprise software with our top urgent care and health system partners.

This role combines strategic leadership, consultative client engagement, and technical delivery. You’ll oversee complex implementations and integrations (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, API), while also rolling up your sleeves to lead key projects yourself. Your leadership will ensure our partners see measurable business outcomes from Solv’s technology—and that our internal teams are aligned, efficient, and scaling with confidence.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
  • Establish best practices for delivery and project management.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and customer obsession.
  • Partner with Product and Partner leaders to continuously improve how we deliver value to enterprise partners.

Strategic Consulting & Delivery

  • Act as senior project leader for enterprise implementations, digital transformation initiatives and key accounts.
  • Translate complex customer needs into product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee and design Solv platform integrations (EHR, API, RPA, HL7/FHIR).
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on priorities and delivery.
  • Drive operational rigor across the implementation lifecycle—scope, plan, execute, measure.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex delivery or integration issues.
About You
  • 5–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, consulting, or technical project management.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or technology implementation projects (consulting background strongly preferred).
  • Skilled in EHR/EMR integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and healthcare data workflows.
  • A builder and do-er—comfortable leading teams and executing hands-on work.
  • Strong communicator who can influence engineers and executives alike.
  • Calm under pressure and structured in approach—able to lead through scaling change.
  • Energized by applying AI and automation to customer challenges.
  • Passionate about improving healthcare access and experience for patients and providers.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Mission-driven culture tackling one of the most meaningful challenges in healthcare.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced, and people-first environment.
  • Opportunity to lead a growing team shaping how care is delivered nationwide.

Candidates for this position must be east coast based or willing to begin at 7am PT as many of our customers are on eastern hours.

Salary is dependent on location and experience.

Solv offers robust benefits including:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
