About This Role

We are seeking a highly connected, culturally fluent, and organized Talent Producer to join our content team. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, booking, and managing digital talent across our established content formats. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the creator economy, strong relationships within the influencer and digital entertainment space, and a passion for building compelling conversations and on-screen chemistry.


This person will play a key role in helping shape episodes by securing relevant, high-impact talent ranging from social media influencers and YouTubers to emerging internet personalities, thought leaders, and culturally relevant voices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and research relevant talent across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, podcasts, and emerging platforms
  • Pitch and secure talent for recurring and original digital content formats
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, managers, agents, publicists, and talent representatives and Talent Booker
  • Conduct outreach, negotiate participation terms, and coordinate talent logistics
  • Collaborate closely with casting, creative, production, and editorial teams to align talent with episode themes and audience strategy
  • Stay informed on internet culture, trending creators, viral conversations, and emerging talent
  • Manage booking pipelines, outreach trackers, calendars, and communication workflows
  • Prepare talent briefs and ensure talent is fully informed ahead of production
  • Help identify strategic talent opportunities that can drive audience growth, engagement, and social reach
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand safety, creator partnerships, and platform sensitivities

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent booking, casting, digital production, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital media landscape
  • Existing relationships with influencers, managers, agents, or talent representatives preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Passion for internet culture, storytelling, and creator-driven content
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and production teams
  • Experience booking talent for YouTube or digital-first productions is a plus!
  • Familiarity with audience analytics and social performance trends
  • Experience working with talent agencies, management companies, or entertainment studios
  • Knowledge of release forms, appearance agreements, and talent logistics

Work Model
At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
