We are seeking a plugged-in, sharp, and well organized Talent Producer to support our Creator Casting Producer across creator research, sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management for a wide range of campaigns. You will help bring the right YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creators onto the right projects, working closely with production, creative, post-production, and client teams to execute talent partnerships from pitch through delivery.

Because so much of our work centers around creators and digital platforms, this role requires someone genuinely embedded in the creator landscape, keeping up with emerging creators and trends, and enjoying discovering new voices and content that can inspire creative work.

This role starts as a part-time hourly position at 20 to 30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on fit and business need.

Our office is located in Studio City, Los Angeles. This is a primarily in-office role, with occasional remote flexibility.


Requirements
  • Talent Casting Support: Support the Creator Casting Producer across talent casting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Creator Sourcing: Source and cast creators, influencers, and subject matter experts that align with campaign strategy and creative vision.
  • Casting Decks & Recommendations: Build talent recommendations and casting decks during the pitch process to help win new business.
  • Talent Communication Management: Manage talent communication throughout the life of each project, from initial outreach through final content delivery, including handling rate and contract negotiations.
  • Production Partnership: Partner closely with producers to ensure talent needs are integrated into production planning and delivery.
  • Contract & Rights Tracking: Track talent budgets, contracts, usage rights, deliverables, and approvals across every active project.
  • Industry Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with talent managers, agents, publicists, and entertainment partners.
  • Platform & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms to identify relevant creators and cultural trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and post-production teams throughout each campaign.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Help troubleshoot talent-related challenges and proactively identify solutions before they impact delivery.
  • Systems & Databases: Maintain organized talent databases, project trackers, and casting resources.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience casting branded content campaigns involving creators, influencers, athletes, or celebrity talent.
  • Creator Ecosystem Fluency: Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the wider creator ecosystem, with a daily habit of being inside these spaces.
  • Negotiation Experience: Experience negotiating talent deals, usage rights, licensing, and brand partnership agreements.
  • Production Familiarity: Working knowledge of production workflows and on-set operations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort making phone calls to agents to discuss sensitive deal points and finding middle ground.
  • Ownership Instinct: Comfortable taking the lead on tasks and projects to drive goals forward.
  • Organization: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Multi-Project Delivery: Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly under changing conditions.
  • Culture Passion: Passion for social media, digital culture, entertainment, and branded storytelling.
Nice To Have’s
  • Experience with creators in UGC gaming communities such as Roblox and Fortnite
  • Having worked at, or a relationship with, major creator management agencies such as WME, UTA, CAA, Night, or Range
  • Experience casting for major consumer brands or entertainment IP campaigns
  • Familiarity with talent database tools
  • Prior experience on-set or in physical production roles
  • Experience negotiating cross-platform content deals including whitelisting, dark posts, and boosted content

Benefits

$43.75 per hour, with overtime after 8 hours
