Location: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support our growing Talent Management team. This position is critical to managing daily operations of a talent management department, including campaign management, invoicing, and communication with creators and brand clients. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders and grow into a Talent Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our highest-performing Talent Managers on campaign execution from start to finish, handling daily back and forth with brands, agencies, and creators.

  • Conduct market research and scouting for new creator and brand partnerships.

  • Support on various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers – must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators.

  • Handle invoicing and ensure payments are received by coordinating with our accounting team.

  • Participate in client calls to learn, gain insights and absorb information from experienced managers.

  • Manage campaigns and update records through our CRM, ensuring all contracts, payment info, and campaign details are captured.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varying demands with high attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.

  • A passionate follower of the creator economy, with an understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.
