Job Summary:
Yami’s HR team is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with the passion to work in a fast-paced and growing start-up company. The incumbent will be a team player, working closely with the HR team and other cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement Recruitment and other HR programs and activities that result in a more efficient, capable, service-oriented, and engaged organization. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to identifying current and future staffing needs, advertising open positions, maintaining detailed records about candidates, guiding applicants through all phases of the recruitment process while taking ownership and continuously improving the end-to-end selection and hiring process.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner to business functions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
- Expand and innovate hiring channels to effectively reach and engage candidates across different functions and experience levels.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, competencies, and potential, while providing informed recommendations and market insights to hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions.
- Conduct ongoing market research on talent trends, industry hiring practices, and competitor landscapes to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
- Track, manage, and maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records and candidate pipelines within the ATS.
- Maintain regular communication and transparent updates with hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring progress and challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and recruitment quality through relevant metrics and data analysis.
- Evaluate, improve, and optimize ATS systems and recruiting workflows, including supporting upgrades, integrations, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including optimizing job postings, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting recruitment marketing efforts.
- Participate in and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting initiatives to build talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand presence
- Bring hands-on experience applying AI tools and technologies in recruiting and HR workflows to improve sourcing, screening, communication, and overall talent acquisition efficiency.
- Support employee immigration and work authorization processes as needed.
- Act as a key member of the HR team, participating in and supporting broader HR initiatives and projects aligned with the company’s people strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition as a primary focus; experience in other HR functional areas is a plus.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates with relevant skills and experience.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to analyze market intelligence and competitor hiring landscapes to support effective recruiting strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Practical experience using AI tools and technologies in recruiting and HR workflows to enhance sourcing, screening, communication, and overall recruiting efficiency.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers, understand business needs, and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Ability to establish strong professional relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and employees across different levels of the organization.
- Strong research and sourcing capabilities, including staying up to date on industry trends, talent market conditions, and compensation benchmarks.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and operate with a high level of integrity.
- Highly organized multitasker who enjoys challenges and is eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Passionate about recruiting and human resources with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Outgoing personality with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- This role is on-site; remote work is not available.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, H1B transfer).
