About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive hiring across technical and business teams in the U.S. This role offers significant ownership and growth opportunities, with the chance to work closely with leadership while helping build a fast-growing global company. You will play a key role in shaping recruiting processes, identifying top talent, and supporting the continued growth of our team.


Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based technical and business roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs and recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, and other recruiting channels
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer processes
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records using ATS platforms

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or at a recruiting/headhunting agency
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and hiring processes simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technical or healthcare-related roles, including software engineers, scientists, and physicians
