Job Description

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a critical role in the growth of our business. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, from regulatory compliance to talent sourcing and candidate selection.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand personnel needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Schedule final interviews with key members of our Executive team or Senior Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Promote Skilled Wound Care as an employer of choice by effectively communicating our culture, mission, and values.
  • Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition in life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying top talent.
  • Must be able to work from our office in Playa Vista, CA as needed.

Pay:

  • $25-29/hour (depending on experience)
