We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (contract) to conduct full-cycle recruiting that emphasizes a ridiculously good candidate experience. This role will handle requisitions across Fellow’s non-technical organizational functions.
The successful candidate for this role is a highly organized person who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and knows just where to look for that unicorn candidate.
This role is a contract position (30-40 hours per week). This person must be located in the Bay Area and comfortable working in-office Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles at varying levels (individual contributors to senior leaders) across a variety of functions in the business: Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce/DTC, Operations/Fulfillment, Customer Experience, and G&A
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, adhering to Fellow’s Dual SLA
- Integrates Fellow’s Leadership Principles and DEIB goals into all searches
- Use ATS and closely manage recruiting workflows, ensuring accurate metrics
- Communicate closely with People Ops on hiring strategies, budgets, timelines, and needs
- Ensure roles are successfully closed and new employees begin onboarding
- 4+ years experience in high volume full-cycle recruiting in non-technical roles at all levels
- Experience in inclusive recruiting and implementing creative recruiting strategies
- Experience and strong proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Proven track record collaborating with hiring managers in all aspects of recruiting process, from job descriptions to offer acceptance
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong approach to recruiting in a competitive market including sourcing passive candidates
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. We operate like a start up
- Passion for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Must be extremely detail oriented
Compensation: $40 - $55/hr - depending on experience
