Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier technical and non-technical talent to support company growth. You will partner closely with fellow TA teammates and hiring teams to build pipelines for critical roles and help drive our company’s continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active technical candidates.

  • Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.

  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles both technical and non-technical, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.

  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.

  • Perform candidate screens to ensure quality of pipeline.

  • Track and report recruiting data on a regular basis to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Work autonomously while adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles.

  • 2+ years of client interaction experience, including working with VP and Director-level stakeholders

  • Understanding of modern technology stacks, hardware development processes, and technical skill sets.

  • Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.

  • Experience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes, a positive candidate experience, and earning trust of your peers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful experience in aerospace, startups, tech, or similar programs.

  • Expertise using Ashby (ATS), AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Experience running referral-based hiring initiatives.

  • Experience with internship hiring or programs.

  • Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.

  • Takes full accountability for their responsibilities and stays aligned with the business mission. Actively seeks opportunities to enhance company performance, even beyond their explicit role.

  • Values continuous learning over being right, embraces honest feedback, and views setbacks as opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Experience being agile and re-prioritizing based on business needs or strategy, have an understanding that a certain level of ambiguity is expected.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $115k - $130k depending on experience

Physical Requirements

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other computing and digital devices is required. Some travel may be necessary – the ability to travel by car, plane, train, bus, vessel, or metro, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s License and/or effectively navigate public transportation is required.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be able to read and respond to inter-office communications as well as effectively participate in meetings. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands or fingers, to lift up to 50 lbs., pull, push, carry, handle, or feel. The employee is required to carry, handle items, reach with arms and hands, to stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk, or hear. Mental demands may require prolonged concentration, reading comprehension, understanding and interpretation of concepts, ideas, and philosophies.
