Build and operate the company’s People Operations infrastructure as it scales. Responsibilities include designing employee lifecycle processes, administering TriNet and other HR systems, managing onboarding, payroll verification, documentation, compliance reporting, employee relations intake, compensation data, and People metrics. Owns end-to-end systems engineering for spaceborne SAR radar payloads, including architecture, requirements, reliability, FDIR, technical budgets, interfaces, verification, mission concepts, and design reviews. Collaborates with RF, digital, mechanical, software, and program teams to deliver flight-ready payloads.

Designs, develops, integrates, and verifies embedded flight software and firmware for satellite payloads. Responsibilities include owning software architecture, implementing payload functionality, developing bus interfaces and ICDs, conducting software-only and regression testing, and supporting full requirements-to-test lifecycle activities. The role requires a systems approach across embedded software, firmware, GNC, avionics, hardware, and SAR technology.

The engineer collaborates with embedded software, firmware, and SAR engineering teams and supports RFIs, RFPs, and business capture activities.
