Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Mobility Operations: develop staffing strategies, source candidates, run interviews and hiring events, manage offers and onboarding, coach stakeholders, and build diverse talent pipelines.
A Day in the Life:
The Talent Acquisition Partner’s primary responsibility is to collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to hire the right talent at the right time to support Mobility Operations. The individual in this role will build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike. The successful candidate will build strong talent pipelines and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process to support Mobility Talent Acquisition.
The salary for this position is $70,000k.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Mobility HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop staffing strategies, obtain position requirements, identify candidate success factors, align compensation, and ensure job descriptions align with business needs and market availability.
- Coordinate all interviews including initial candidate screenings, interviews with hiring managers and interview teams, group calibration sessions for candidate feedback ensuring consistency in candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
- Manage the final steps in the hiring process / recruitment workflow to onboarding obtaining all required approvals, extending employment offers including offer letters, confirming interviewing and onboarding schedule, ensuring completion of all pre-employment requirements, managing communication with selected candidates through date of hire, and providing appropriate communication back to the business.
- Represent Hertz at job fairs and other hiring events.
- Drive consistency with candidate selection, by coaching and training hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or operational hiring environment.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Experience running job fairs, hiring events, or large-scale recruiting campaigns.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume while maintaining quality of hire.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Experience working in a digital recruiting environment or applicant tracking system.
