What You'll Do
- Partner with Product leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor, developing a deep understanding of business objectives, organizational goals, and hiring priorities, and helping shape workforce planning, hiring prioritization, interview design, and talent assessment approaches.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract top Product talent across functions and levels - including Product Management, Product Operations, Product Design, and Product Leadership - and maintain pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future organizational growth.
- Advise hiring managers and leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting strategies.
- Lead sourcing initiatives focused on engaging passive, high-caliber Product candidates through innovative and data-driven outreach strategies.
- Use recruiting metrics to provide insights on pipeline health, hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
- Drive recruiting process improvements and implementation efforts that increase efficiency, improve stakeholder experiences, and support scalable hiring practices across the Product organization.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System, maintaining a high standard of system hygiene and reporting.
- Mentor and support recruiting teammates by sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborate closely with Product Leadership, Total Rewards, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting across Product functions - Product Management, Product Operations, Product Design, and related disciplines - within a technology-driven organization.
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships with Product leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment.
- Experience driving recruiting process implementation, optimization, and change management initiatives that improve hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Strong sourcing expertise with a proven ability to build talent pipelines for highly competitive and difficult-to-fill Product positions.
- Experience supporting workforce planning discussions and aligning recruiting strategies with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and Product talent market trends to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-quality experience to candidates and hiring teams.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience mentoring teammates and contributing to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology companies, particularly InsurTech or Product organizations in insurance-related technology environments.
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting analytics tools, and workforce planning methodologies.
