6-Month Rolling Contract - USA Remote

What You'll Do:

    This is an initial six-month contractor engagement, with the potential to extend on a rolling basis according to business needs. Open to candidates based in the United States and fully remote, this role will provide hands-on recruiting capacity to support Pigment’s hiring drive.
     
    • Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify and prioritise immediate talent requirements.
    • Source, engage and close high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles.
    • Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to reach passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence.
    • Screen and assess candidates against both values alignment and the technical or commercial competencies required for each role.
    • Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
    • Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by coaching interview teams and sharing recruitment best practices.
    • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
    • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the Talent Acquisition team’s processes, tools and operating model.
    • Provide flexible recruitment support across priority GTM hiring as hiring volumes and business needs evolve.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, including experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector.
  • You have strong headhunting skills and can move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches as required.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on challenges hands-on.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues.
  • You are confident using productivity and recruitment tools and manage competing priorities in a structured way.
  • You are curious, enjoy learning and work effectively with autonomy.
  • You are pragmatic and solve problems quickly.
  • You are analytical, rigorous and attentive to detail.
  • You thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments.
  • You are AI-savvy and technology-forward.
  • You are available for an initial six-month engagement and comfortable working in a delivery-focused contract environment.
