About the Company

At Twenty, we're taking on one of the most critical challenges of our time: defending democracies in the digital age. We develop revolutionary technologies that operate at the intersection of the cyber and electromagnetic domains, where the speed of operations exceeds human sensing and complexity transcends conventional boundaries. Our team doesn't just solve problems – we deliver game-changing outcomes that directly impact national security. We're pragmatic optimists who understand that while our mission of protecting America and its allies is challenging, success is possible.

Role Summary

Twenty is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to run the operating system behind hiring—interview logistics, candidate communications, ATS integrity, and the day-to-day talent ops work that keeps pipelines moving. You’ll own scheduling at high speed and high accuracy, and you’ll help the team operate with better data: clean stages, reliable reporting, and tight process SLAs. You’ll also be expected to use AI thinking and lightweight automation to scale yourself—reducing manual work, catching errors before they land, and improving consistency. When scheduling demand dips, you’ll shift into applicant review and light sourcing to support priority roles.

Who You Are
  • You treat talent operations like a system: clear handoffs, quality checks, and measurable outcomes.

  • You’re candidate-first: crisp updates, fast responses, and no ambiguity about “what’s next.”

  • You have a high bar for precision—time zones, links, interviewers, and packets are always correct.

  • You’re calm under pressure and can re-plan quickly when priorities change.

  • You care about data integrity and hygiene—clean inputs, consistent tagging, and reliable reporting.

  • You use AI and automation as force multipliers: you build checklists, templates, and workflows that prevent errors.

  • You handle sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment.

  • You’re happy to flex: scheduling when it’s busy, sourcing/applicant review when it’s not.

What You’ll Do
  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end, including fast pivots and high-volume coordination.

  • Run day-of execution: confirmations, prep materials, reminders, and real-time support to keep loops on plan.

  • Coordinate onsite loops and virtual panels; manage candidate travel and onsite logistics as needed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates on scheduling and process updates.

  • Maintain ATS integrity: stages, notes, interview kits, structured scorecards, and feedback routing.

  • Drive debrief operations—ensure feedback is collected on time and decisions don’t stall.

  • Run talent ops reporting: pull Ashby reports, maintain dashboards/views, and share weekly funnel + SLA snapshots.

  • Audit and repair data hygiene (stages, source tags, feedback completion, aging, duplicates) to protect reporting quality.

  • Build lightweight automation to reduce manual work (templates, macros, rules, AI-assisted triage, data validation checks).

  • Maintain recruiting assets that scale quality: email templates, scheduling playbooks, interview instructions, and checklists.

  • During downtime, review applicants for priority roles, manage inbox/queue triage, and support light outbound sourcing.

Must Have
  • You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and TA operations.

  • You have owned complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.

  • You have strong written communication and can run candidate comms with speed and clarity.

  • You have supported Engineering hiring.

  • You consistently use AI tools and automation to augment your workflow and improve throughput/quality.

  • You have a track record of high-precision execution (near-zero scheduling/logistics errors).

  • You have experience maintaining clean ATS data and operating structured feedback/debrief workflows.

  • You have experience pulling basic recruiting reports (ATS reporting and/or spreadsheet-based tracking).

  • You are comfortable working in-office in Arlington, VA.

Nice To Have
  • Power-user experience in Ashby (reporting, templates, scheduling workflows, and data hygiene).

  • Experience with light sourcing (building lists, outbound messaging, follow-ups) for priority roles.

  • Interest in growing into broader recruiting operations and recruiter support workstreams.

  • Experience building repeatable QA routines for recruiting data (audits, dedupe processes, tagging standards).

Tech Environment (You Might Work With)
  • Ashby (ATS, scheduling workflows, templates, reporting)

  • Structured scorecards, interview kits, and debrief operations

  • Calendar and collaboration tools (Google Calendar, Slack, docs)

  • Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Juicebox) and lightweight trackers

  • AI tools for drafting, summarizing, triage, and workflow automation (within company guidelines)

Benefits
What's on the table:

  • Health. Medical, dental, and vision plan options. Life / AD&D, disability coverage options.

  • Family. Paid parental leave for eligible full-time employees. 12 weeks for birthing parents, 4 for non-birthing parents, 6 weeks for adoptive, foster, or intended parents through surrogacy.

  • Vacation. Paid holidays and flexible PTO. Take what you need.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
