As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the force multiplier behind our hiring engine. You’ll create seamless candidate experiences, keep interview processes moving quickly, and give recruiters and hiring managers the leverage they need to stay focused on what matters most: identifying and closing top talent.

What You’ll Do
  • Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Manage candidate communications, logistics, and ensure every touchpoint feels polished and professional.

  • Handle rescheduling quickly and proactively to keep processes on track.

  • Coordinate onsite interviews, office logistics, and room bookings.

  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate data in Ashby.

  • Support reporting, recruiting metrics, and funnel tracking.

  • Help improve workflows, automations, and recruiting processes.

  • Coordinate resume reviews and interviewer feedback follow-up.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive speed, accountability, and a great candidate experience.

  • Help build the operational foundation for a scalable hiring machine.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Calm under pressure and able to manage many moving pieces at once.

  • Strong communicator who is polished, responsive, and candidate-friendly.

  • Comfortable working with ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus).

  • Process-minded and always looking for smarter, faster ways to work.

  • Energized by startup pace and ambiguity.

  • A builder mindset

We’re a NYC-based team, working together in our Manhattan office 5 days per week.
