You will:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite and virtual) for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.

  • Greet and host candidates during onsite interviews, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) in a timely manner.

  • Communicate interview logistics and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including offer letter preparation, background check initiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Assist with recruiting events and employer branding initiatives as needed.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Your team: 

  • Consists of passionate Talent Acquisition professionals dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent.

  • Collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders across the organization.

  • Fosters a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

  • Share best practices and continuously improve our recruiting operations.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $95,000 to $105,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.

About you: 

  • You have experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role (internships and part-time roles count!).

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.

  • You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

  • You are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite at minimum of two days per week.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or scheduling software is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).

  • Previous experience supporting recruiting or HR teams is a bonus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
