Monday - Friday, full-time. Will travel for enterprise or team meetings a few times a year. Remote position, but due to complex employment laws, must live in one of these approved states which we can hire in: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY.
Major Responsibilities:
Translates business needs into actionable strategies through user research.
Designs internal hiring processes that address needs and align with organizational objectives.
Refines internal hiring experience processes and tools.
Conducts usability testing with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and solutions.
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the internal hiring experience supports business goals.
Maintains process documentation and resource libraries for consistency and efficiency.
Updates processes based on feedback and best practices in internal hiring experience design.
Works with technology teams to integrate experience tools seamlessly.
Promotes collaboration and innovation within the internal hiring team.
Stays informed on trends in internal hiring experience design.
Preferred Experience:
- Deep understanding and passion for internal mobility and internal hiring experiences.
- Proven experience in mapping and optimizing end-to-end hiring processes, with a focus on user-centered design.
- Strong ability to analyze and improve the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience within internal hiring workflows.
- Experience facilitating leadership-level sessions to align on strategy, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
- Exceptional product knowledge, especially in mobile and app-based platforms, with the ability to partner with product and tech teams.
- Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable product and process improvements.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
None.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 5+ years of experience in program management, HR, or user experience design.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Proven ability to develop user-centric processes within a hiring manager and candidate experience framework.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with design tools and methodologies for enhancing user experiences.
Experience leading hiring manager and candidate experience initiatives in large organizations.
Knowledge of HR technologies supporting recruitment processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
