Senior Cyber Capability Developer

Job Description
Possesses professional experience related to cyber intrusions and the analysis of technical data within cyber threat environments. Has applied knowledge related to forensic, network and malware analysis. Experience working in team environments for software development. Analyzes cyber threat data to include malicious software reverse engineering, network traffic analysis, memory forensics, disk forensics, etc. Perform static and dynamic analysis of known malicious and unknown binary files, reverse engineering of compiled software, functional analysis of source code/scripts, and/or hardware/firmware analysis. Has experience managing and developing for multiple environments.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communicator is critical skill for success.
• Creative, collaborative, team-oriented.
• 8+ years of experience in interactive web application development.
• 8+ years of experience in .NET C#, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, NodeJS, GraphQL and CSS.
• 1+ years of working knowledge of Apache Kafka/Nifi, Django, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Gitflow, CI/CD Pipelines, MySQL, Postgres, React, Redis, Splunk, Svelte and Visual Studio Code.
• 1+ years of experience in querying and retrieving data from a Lucene based index. ElasticSearch is preferred.
• 1+ years Agile project experience.
• 1+ years AWS development.
• Must be able to write SQL queries to pull data from MySQL and Postgres databases.
• BS in Computer Science or similar technical.
• Experience creating tools, platforms, and environments for demos, product testing, and software releases.
• Experience creating products, utilities, scripts, and tools to automate builds, deployment, and testing.
• Experience troubleshooting operational tests, releases, software defects, and other issues.
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop business requirements and specifications
• Ability to work on problems of limited scope and conduct analysis of data processes
• Ability to work independently to complete project activities; possessing initiative to address issues and opportunities
• Ability to implement solutions and identify operational or management issues
• Creative, collaborative, team-oriented
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally, if needed, for two weeks at a time once or twice a year

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college.
Minimum/General Experience: Recent work experience as a senior-level or technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity. A minimum of seven (7) years recent experience in the direct performance of a major program, project, or activity relating to computer software development at the user and kernel level, computer programming, and /or computer digital forensics.

• Full stack developer comfortable working with web services, microservices interfacing to a My/SQL database.
• 1+ years of experience in querying and retrieving data using ElasticSearch is preferred.
• Experience and ability to do software remote development

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
