Summary: 

The TA Operations Specialist will play a pivotal Enterprise (Corporate, Contact Center) role in optimizing the Talent Acquisition experience, driving significant efficiencies across high-touch points for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

This specialist will evolve into the SME for all TA outbound tools, partnering with recruiters to streamline top-of-funnel engagement through new applicant engagement, talent communities, and general prospect outreach. By providing critical outbound support, the TA Operations Specialist will ensure new candidates are engaged quickly and efficiently, enhancing the candidate experience and freeing up recruiter time for strategic activities.

Beyond top-of-funnel responsibilities, the TA Operations Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing TA operational capabilities. This includes partnering with the Sr Manager of TA Enablement to strategically manage vendor relationships, contribute to internal project teams, and expertly manage Agero’s content across various job boards and partnerships. This operational expertise will be leveraged to develop innovative top-of-funnel sourcing strategies, directly impacting the quality and speed of candidate pipelines. Furthermore, the TA Operations Specialist will own the Scheduling + Onboarding process for both Corporate + Contact Center, driving critical efficiencies that benefit candidates through a smoother onboarding, recruiters by reducing administrative burden, and hiring managers by accelerating time-to-fill.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
  • Champion Our Recruitment Technology: Be the subject matter expert (SME) on our TA tech stack, playing a lead role in the development, maintenance, and team adoption of tools to create a modern and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support and Optimize the Top-of-Funnel Candidate Journey: Proactively support our candidate engagement strategy by coordinating the administration of tools, nurturing talent communities, and ensuring every new applicant receives a swift and positive first impression.
  • Amplify the Agero Talent Brand: Take ownership of our talent brand presence online. You will develop and execute a plan for maintaining and refreshing content on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Built In Boston, partnering with marketing to ensure our story captivates top talent.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Assume full ownership of the scheduling and onboarding processes for all Corporate and Contact Center hires. You will be empowered to identify and implement efficiencies that improve the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a Key Partner: Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and TA leadership on various talent projects within our ATS (Greenhouse). You will also help manage relationships with external technology partners, serving as a key point of contact for the team.
  • Provide Versatile Team Support: Embody our "all-hands-on-deck" spirit by providing ad-hoc sourcing support during high-volume periods and contributing your skills to critical People Team and TA projects and initiatives.
The Day-to-Day
  • Manage the complete scheduling and onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • In partnership with recruiters, develop and execute messaging campaigns for candidates and prospects.
  • Support TA leadership with talent architecture-related tasks in Greenhouse.
  • Coordinate meetings and updates with external tech partners.
  • Develop and post social media articles and review responses in partnership with marketing.
What You'll Bring: Skills, Experiences & Attributes
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination role with direct interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
  • A proactive, accountable, collaborative attitude with a demonstrated ability to contribute to team projects and new initiatives.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems and processes to drive efficiency and impact.

This role will have to come on site 1x a week to our Corporate Headquarters in Medford, MA.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.
