The Mgr II Eng Sys - T-6A Digital Engineering Architect & PEM role is responsible for technical architecting and delivery of a 'digital twin' for the T-6A Avionics Upgrade Program (AUP). The role exists at the cutting edge of the emerging field of digital engineering, as such it also includes responsibility for developing the infrastructure and organizational capability needed to deliver the program. The role interfaces with the program prime, customers and internal organization across all functions - as such the role holder has to be capable of balancing technical and business needs; and the capability communicate effectively with the non-technical stakeholder community.
To be successful the role holder must have had extensive experience with digital engineering and demonstrable architectural leadership of complete SysML based modelling spanning complex hard and soft systems. The experience should span the systems engineering skillset including requirements, functional architecture, physical architecture, interface management etc.
The role holder must have experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and/or MagicDraw. It is highly desirable that the role holder holds a OMG Certified Systems Modelling Language (OCSMP) certification or can show tangible progress towards this goal. Prior experience with aircraft or aerospace systems is also highly desirable.

Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' work experience in engineering or allied fields.
- Experience with digital engineering and architectural leadership of SysML based modelling
- Experience with systems engineering processes and exercising associated decision making authority
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and/or MagicDraw.
- Experience with allied toolsets such as Confluence, JIRA, Enovia, TeamCenter or similar.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master's degree or 10+ years' work experience in aerospace engineering or allied fields.
- OMG Certified Systems Modelling Language (OCSMP) intermediate or above certification.
- Experience with aircraft or aerospace systems.
- Engineering professional accreditation or plan to work towards this is desirable.
