Job Description

Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will support the Production Team with the sourcing and procurement of all essential components for production both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities include ensuring timely procurement to maintain seamless production, analyzing inventory and production trends to support data-driven decisions, building strong supplier relationships to foster collaboration and improvement, and identifying ways to reduce waste while maximizing efficiency. It also involves monitoring inventory across all production sites, ensuring alignment with production needs and FIFO principles, and reconciling inventory movement and usage between internal and external co-manufacturing reports.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the Production team to source and purchase raw materials, packaging, and services while ensuring quality, budget, and delivery requirements are met.

● Analyze costs and identify savings with suppliers and co-manufacturers.

● Build strong supplier relationships and address issues related to pricing, quality, delivery, or invoicing.

● Work with internal teams and partners to maintain inventory levels and prevent delays.

● Optimize inventory management and minimize excess materials.

● Provide accurate monthly forecasts to support production planning.

● Track receiving and production data in inventory management software.

● Manage purchase orders from entry to receipt and verify supplier documentation.

● Prepare reports on KPIs, procurement, costs, and production risks.

● Ensure contract manufacturers meet Happy Dad Hard Seltzer’s quality and production standards.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.

● 2+ years of supply chain or procurement experience, preferably in food or beverage.

● Proven success in supplier management, purchasing, and contract manufacturing.

● Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost savings and process improvement.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to excel in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

● Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier performance tracking

● Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making

● Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field

● Experience in a supply chain or procurement analysis role

● Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

● Knowledge of Netsuite

There is an opportunity for the role to be remote with in-person opportunities in Irvine, CA and Chicago, IL.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000
