Job Title:

Support and Operations Engineer

Project Overview:

The focus is on ensuring operational excellence through cloud, virtualization, and server management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and manage Windows and server environments in alignment with client requirements.

- Implement and maintain cloud and virtualization solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated deployment and system monitoring.

- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

- Adhere to compliance standards and proactively mitigate risks by adhering to IT best practices.

- Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams where necessary.


Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong expertise in Windows Server Management and cloud technology implementation.

- Hands-on experience in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with DevOps ideals.

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or VMware certifications.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
