  • Support weekly and monthly reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Improve existing planning processes, reports, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Partner with engineering teams to develop and enhance internal planning tools.
  • Build dashboards that communicate supply positions, constraints, gaps, and actionable insights.
  • Develop scenario-planning and “what-if” capabilities to support supply planning decisions.
  • Collaborate across demand planning, supply planning, component planning, sourcing, and execution functions.
  • Communicate findings, outstanding actions, and supportability updates to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Track follow-up items and ensure actions are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, technology, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, operations, technology-related supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related function.
  • Strong supply planning experience, including demand and supply analysis.
  • 2–4 years of experience using AI-enabled analytics tools to automate data validation, generate insights, and improve reporting.
  • 2–4 years of advanced Excel experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience developing or optimizing business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow through on outstanding actions.
  • Availability to work Pacific Time hours in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting network hardware, cloud infrastructure, or technology supply chains.
  • Experience with component planning or indirect supply planning.
  • Experience with Kusto or similar large-scale data-query platforms.
  • Experience leading continuous-improvement initiatives for supply planning processes and reporting.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to build internal tools.
  • Experience productionizing Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
  • Experience developing scenario-planning or “what-if” tools.
  • Familiarity with generative AI assistants and AI-enabled business intelligence features.
  • Previous experience working within a large enterprise technology organization.
  • Self-starter with a resourceful, proactive approach and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
