The mission of the Supply Chain Engineering is to architect a resilient Supply Chain network that enables business scalability for today and tomorrow. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Supply Chain Engineering team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing engineered solutions, which drive the scalable development of our Supply Chain network. As the Sr. Analyst/ Analyst, Supply Chain Engineering, you will support with design of our facilities and the development of solutions to optimize operations throughout our Distribution Centres. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Analyst/ Analyst, Supply Chain Engineering, you will:

  • Identify and gather the requirements for Distribution Centre layout, workflow, and automation projects
  • Develop problem statements and approach outlines for all analyses
  • Build customizable, flexible, and dynamic data models that enable business decisions
  • Support the integration of business decisions into existing and future Distribution Centre designs and plans

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Analyst/ Analyst, Supply Chain Engineering, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Industrial engineering, data science, or a related engineering field
    • Analyzing and transforming large data sets into clear and concise visuals
    • Business intelligence and/or statistical analysis tools
    • Microsoft Office, including PowerBI and Access
    • AutoCAD knowledge is an asset
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 –$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
