• Looking for a hands-on business project manager with functional knowledge of supply chain planning and manufacturing. (It is on the business side, not on the IT side).
• Candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and experience with project management tools.
• The role involves cross-functional team collaboration, developing project plans, and managing timelines. And manage our lead projects within two spaces, areas, which is the supply chain planning, also on the manufacturing. Someone who understands the business and the process in the Supply Chain planning in the manufacturing.
• Requires a minimum of six years of experience in supply chain planning, with a preference for full life cycle implementation experience or been a part of project or done implementation prefer S/4 HANA with O9 Supply Chain tool
• Preferred candidate backgrounds are in healthcare, medical, or manufacturing.
• Using supply chain knowledge to guide the team through implementing planning systems and processes (o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis)

Detailed Job description:
We are seeking a “hands-on” business project manager to manage technology enabled projects within supply chain planning and manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate would have worked as a business project manager or supply chain business analyst with a proven track record of managing and coordinating the projects, proficiency in the implementation with excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills. This role will work closely with the supply chain planning, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, engineering, IT and Analytics teams to implement systems, process, data and reporting solutions, through requirements, design, testing, training, and deployment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project and cross functional teams on implementation and successful completion of complex technology enabled projects on time, in scope in a fast-paced environment
• Develop project plans, manage scope and timelines, and ensure deliverables in line with the project plan
• Apply supply chain planning and manufacturing knowledge to lead teams on user requirement reviews, design reviews / workshops, user acceptance testing, end user training, cutover planning, go live and post go live support
• Work with PMO to monitor and report project progress, milestones, track metrics/KPIs, and communicate regular status updates to stakeholders, adapting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
• Schedule and lead meetings, workshops and work with necessary teams, stakeholders to understand issues, open items, root cause and to drive them to closure on a timely basis.
• Work closely with CoE, IT, Analytics and cross functional teams throughout the project lifecycles and manage smaller enhancement projects
• Assist PMO with core team and executive steering committee meetings incl., status reports to the project sponsor and steering committee
• Apply best practices and methodologies of project management, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
• BA/BS in technical or Supply Chain relevant fields
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a business project manager / business analyst with technology enabled project delivery experience
• Prior implementation experience with supply chain planning, manufacturing systems (S/4 HANA, o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with use of tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PfMP are a plus
• Experience in medical, high tech, health care or manufacturing industry is preferred
