Join us, the future is ours to shape!The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role as the tactical planner and regional coordinator, driving the Master Production Schedule (3–24 months) to align demand, capacity, and resources while ensuring full customer visibility of supply plans and adherence to SLAs. Acting as the primary interface between site operations and customers, the role leads the timely implementation of life cycle projects, ensures compliance with regulatory and GMP standards, and continuously optimizes supply chain performance across service, process, and cost.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Establish an optimal master production schedule (3–24 months), including demand forecasts, capacity analysis, and resource allocation, aligned to the S&OP process and business objectives.
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, facilitating Supply Review, Demand Review, and Monthly Business Review meetings to drive cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making.
Ensure customer visibility and delivery commitment by managing supply plans against SLAs, monitoring quantities and timelines to achieve high service levels.
Monitor and manage supply chain KPIs, implementing reporting and root-cause analysis to continuously improve service, cost efficiency, and quality.
Maintain optimal SKU inventory levels across the supply chain to balance product availability, cost efficiency, and working capital.
Drive continuous process improvement and SAP system utilization, ensuring compliance, operational transparency, and effective use of integrated systems.
Lead and support supply chain projects at platform and regional level, including Finance integration, life cycle management initiatives, and cost-saving projects.
Ensure compliance in logistics and distribution, aligning processes with customs, trade, regulatory, and GMP requirements to minimize risk and maintain quality standards.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with 5–7 years of functional supply chain experience.
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred, with knowledge of regulatory and GMP requirements.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional fluency in Chinese and/or Malay is an advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, and execution. Proven project management skills, with ability to drive life cycle, cost-saving, and process improvement initiatives.
Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across local, regional, and global teams.
Skilled in business scenario planning, problem solving, and operational decision-making. Strong business networking and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix environment.
