Interns will assist the Indirect Procurement Team with sourcing and procure to pay initiatives, gaining insights into supply chain operations for Zoox's robotaxi projects.

This internship opportunity is within the Indirect Procurement Team, which focuses on the procurement of goods and services which keep Zoox moving forward. Interns on this team will have the chance to work on high impact sourcing and procure to pay initiatives which will enable our robotaxi operations, gaining valuable experience and insight into our supply chain and assisting in moving Zoox into the next stage of our journey.
Program Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S., M.S., MBA, or other advanced degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Plan to return to school after completing the internship.
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Available to commit to a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026.
- At least one prior industry internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
- Willing and able to relocate to the Bay Area, California, for the duration of the internship.
- Interns may not use proprietary Zoox information in university theses, publications, or share it outside of Zoox.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Excel, Google sheets or similar tools.
- Highly analytical & detail oriented with proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data, develop insights and recommendations, and transform them into easily understood and compelling presentations
- Clear, concise and professional communications with business partners including our third party partners, internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in supply chain with a focus on procurement.
- Familiarity with third party negotiations and a strong ability to build partnerships
- Experience with procure to pay tools including SAP Ariba, S/4, and contract lifecycle management tools.
Compensation:
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level of education. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, and a housing stipend (relocation assistance will be offered based on eligibility).
