Summary

The Supply Chain Data Administrator is responsible for supplier specific supply chain analyses.  This will include Spend Reports, Cost Templates for upload, Supplier set up, Vendor Score Cards and audits. This position will review and assess current Supply Chain Policies and Procedures to ensure they are aligned with corporate goals and compliance requirements. Reporting, tracking, key drivers and metrics to optimize the supply chain to best meet corporate and customer goals.

Qualifications

Education/Learning Experience

  • BA/BS or 5+ years of related supply chain experience.
  • College Graduate with interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, Business Major or equivalent, highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast paced, highly energetic supply chain management environment

Work Experience Skills Knowledge

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
  • Experience with electronics supply chain management practices preferred.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must possess excellent data mining and analytical skills
  • Must be advanced Microsoft Excel user with the ability to create and work with formulas, vlookups, pivot tables
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access and knowledge of visual basic a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail Oriented
