Fleet Program Managers engage in customers top reliability, safety, cost and delivery issues for supplier components.
This role requires a customer centric focus, strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as a One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manage Smartsheet development and integration for the In-Service FPM Teams.
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
- Support Fleet Chief Office and in-service airline customers to resolve in-service technical and commercial supply chain issues; specifically for vendor proprietary parts.
- Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders, including Fleet Chief Office, Contracts, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Production Supply Chain, Value Stream Integration, Warranty, and Boeing Global Services (BGS).
- Utilize supply chain experience and/or project management skills to remove roadblocks, drive resolution of issues, and increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
- Engage with airline customers to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and airplane reliability.
- Be responsible for the management and resolution of top fleet issues for assigned program. Engage in complex technical issues.
- Use effective communication and project management best practices.
- Develop supply chain presentation materials for use at Program meetings, Fleet Team Conferences, Airline Executive Review Meetings (ERM) and Technical Review Meetings (TRM).
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- Experience in supporting the design of Business Intelligence dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives
- Experience using and implementing project management best practices and processes
- Experience working In-Service Supplier Statements of Work (SOW) is a plus
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- 4+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- Experience in supporting the design of Business Intelligence dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives
- Experience understanding technical requirements
- Experience working across multiple programs and locations
- Experience managing projects or complex technical issues
