ProSync is seeking a passionate Technical Writer to lead the development, revision, and quality control of technical publications supporting operations, maintenance, and administrative processes. This role oversees other writers and ensures documentation meets clarity, accuracy, and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, write, and edit technical manuals, reports, briefs, and instructional materials.
  • Supervise and review work produced by other technical writers.
  • Observe production and engineering activities to gather technical data.
  • Interview personnel and review technical materials to understand product technologies.
  • Organize content according to established standards for clarity and style.
  • Recommend revisions to published materials and documentation processes.
  • Edit materials prepared by other writers or technical staff.
  • Specialize in documentation related to work methods and procedures when required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical writing, documentation development, or related technical communication roles.
  • Experience with Navy-based operations preferred.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
