The Supervisor-Advertising leads a team to achieve advertising and sales targets by managing campaigns, analyzing data, and coordinating with stakeholders.
The Supervisor-Advertising provides direction to an assigned team of professional Advertising Analysts and allied third-party service providers. This role is responsible for driving the team to meet and exceed specific advertising, sales, and revenue targets. The Supervisor will guide the team through the execution of standard advertising duties and ensure effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
**This is a hybrid position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the Atlanta, GA; Irvine, CA; Mission, KS or Burlington, VT office.**

Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide direction and support to a team of Advertising Analysts.
- Campaign Management: Work with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand advertising objectives and assist in identifying campaign scope, across businesses.
- Campaign Execution: Design and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns, providing recommendations on campaign content and media mix.
- Research and Analysis: Partner with internal teams to understand churn rates, industry media consumption, competitor activity, and potential campaign impact.
- Reporting: Support sales reporting systems with campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts to ensure product, brand, and reputational management efforts are up-to-date and customer-focused.
- Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operational support, ensuring internal policies and procedures are upheld.
- Talent Management: Recruit and hire exceptional talent, facilitate onboarding, and conduct quarterly employee assessments.
- Training and Development: Oversee new team member training plans and maintain up-to-date process training material.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the main escalation contact for technical launch issues and tool ineffectiveness for all cross branded products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and to roll out new advertising programs and drive innovative ways to improve internal customer experience on cross branded products.
- Product Implementation: Participate in the design and roll-out of new product implementation, building operational workflow and creating documentation to support business initiatives.
- Partnerships: Partner with other Digital Marketing teams regarding the development of new or enhanced products and capabilities.
- Queue Management: Manage a queue environment and provide prioritization for the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with other teams to execute various tasks.
- Reporting and Process Improvement: Identify and implement new reporting/processes based on business needs.
- Metrics Tracking: Track and enhance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis while understanding alerts when there may be issues with individual or team workloads.
- Team Meetings: Lead weekly team meetings to update team members about business changes, HR awareness, and other important updates.
- Individual Development: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with individual team members to check in on the status of work and goals.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to apply effective analytical techniques and tools to analyze organizational issues and create alternative solutions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to improve organizational results.

- Data Gathering and Reporting: Utilize tools and techniques for gathering and reporting data, interpreting and explaining data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Project Administration & Management: Knowledge of organizational methods, practices, and tools for managing projects.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in SEM, Social, Display, Video advertising, and familiarity with platforms like Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, and YouTube.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
- Advanced experience with a wide variety of paid media/buying digital marketing channels (SEM, Video, Social, Display)
- Experience in several disciplines, including but not limited to project management, client and performance reporting, media planning, exceptional client service
- Experience presenting complex concepts to client executives in an understandable manner
- High degree of analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for product knowledge acquisition
- Up to 5% travel possible
- Off-hours, on-call support may apply, regular 40 hour work week 5 days per week
- Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements
