- Develop a deep understanding of trusts, estates, foundations and charities, fiduciary law, tax considerations and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Assist with analysis of trust instruments, wills, and related legal documents.
- Attend meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
- Participate in special projects.
- 2+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Pursuing a law degree at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of 2028
- Have an interest in Fiduciary and Wealth Management matters
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework, projects, or previous internship experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
