ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Strategy Director helps usher in D&G’s next generation strategy function. In equal measures a business strategist and a creative planner, this individual’s portfolio includes successful product-market analyses, go-to-market strategies, creative strategies and business transforming ideas. This person also has a strong point-of-view on brands and the role advertising in the world. In addition to being a day-to-day leader on Kia – deeply engaged with the multidisciplinary team on the account, they will help the Group Strategy Director and CSO elevate, direct and grow our strategy practice, ensuring we have the best-in-class tools, techniques and talent. They will be a vital ally to the GCD in ideating and creating brave, beautiful campaigns, and to the leadership in upleveling the account service department to a consultative business practice. They too will work closely with the analytics team to ensure data underlines every step of the strategic and creative process.

- Experience in presenting to senior clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of advertising agency, research, client-side and/or consulting experience.
- Demonstrated successes in identifying market-, brand-, media-, and customer-driven data and insights to produce groundbreaking work.
- Fully integrated chops (traditional, digital, media, CRM, social, mobile).
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Not an asshole.
