The Studios Operations Sr Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a studio, ensuring efficient workflow, resource management, and high-quality production. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various departments to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Executes Creative's strategy, optimizing for efficiency and best in class practices for the operations function. Develops and implements the strategic direction of the studio team to achieve goals
  • Operational Management: Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of studio professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve studio processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the studio budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards of quality in all studio productions and deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, technical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Innovation: Implement innovative solutions and technologies to streamline studio operations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in studio operations or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management and operational tools.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:
Industry Knowledge; Familiarity with studio production processes and industry standards.
Networking; Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
Design, document and optimize end-to-end workflows across creative production, briefing and cross-functional collaboration
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems that drive clarity, speed and quality
Partner with SharkNinja Studio leads to translate high-level goals into actionable processes with clear roles, timelines and milestones
Develop compelling ELT level presentations and business cases that articulate vision, performance and growth strategies.
Support creative and business leads in crafting decks for creative, leadership and cross functional updates
Act as the connective tissue across strategy, operations, marketing, creative and product teams to ensure seamless information flow and alignment
