About This Role
Branch Channel Management (BCM) is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and execution-focused professional to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role combines strategic planning, executive communications, portfolio management, and executive operations to help drive BCM priorities and business outcomes.
The successful candidate will support executive decision-making, lead key strategic initiatives, manage planning and governance processes, and ensure effective execution across the organization. They will develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations, coordinate leadership routines, drive accountability, and help translate strategy into measurable results.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Partner with senior leaders on strategic planning, business initiatives, and executive decision support.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans.
  • Develop executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
  • Manage quarterly planning processes, portfolio governance, and strategic prioritization efforts.
  • Track key initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and leadership commitments to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership forums, town halls, and business reviews from planning through delivery.
  • Manage action items, decision logs, and follow-up activities to drive accountability and results.
  • Create reporting and operating routines that provide leaders with visibility into business performance and progress.
  • Build strong partnerships across BCM and enterprise teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across teams with competing priorities.
  • Identify execution risks, remove barriers, and proactively drive issue resolution.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive audiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Business Management, Consulting, Program Management, Operations, Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, chief of staff, business management, portfolio management, or executive advisory roles.
  • Experience supporting senior executive routines, business reviews, and strategic planning processes.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, including business-case development and scenario analysis.
  • Experience in financial services, consumer banking, retail banking, or another complex regulated industry.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, planning processes, or operating models.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level governance routines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including executive storytelling, presentation design, and content synthesis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
  • Experience driving cross-functional coordination and execution.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
