Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and deep publisher relationships within FreeWheel's growing SSP business. The ideal candidate brings a sophisticated understanding of the programmatic CTV landscape and a passion for helping supply-side clients maximize the value of their inventory. You will work directly with key publisher partners to develop and execute monetization strategies tailored to their unique business needs, leveraging FreeWheel's ad tech platforms and marketplace capabilities. Success in this role requires a sense of urgency, creative problem-solving, and strong collaboration with internal teams across product, marketplace operations, and demand partnerships. You will act as a strategic advisor to publishers navigating a rapidly evolving ecosystem, ensuring FreeWheel remains a trusted partner in driving revenue growth through innovation and operational excellence.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic SSP publisher accounts, with accountability for revenue targets and partner satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive stakeholders and sales, strategy, and operational leads across the publisher organization.
  • Design and implement custom monetization strategies across programmatic and direct-sold channels, informed by deep analysis of inventory performance and buyer behavior.
  • Clearly communicate the differentiated value of FreeWheel's supply path, including SPO advantages, technical efficiencies, and access to premium demand.
  • Partner with publishers to interpret bidstream data, analyze fill/yield tradeoffs, and drive optimal packaging and pricing strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on CTV auction dynamics, demand consolidation trends, and marketplace evolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketplace Operations, and Demand teams to influence roadmap development, troubleshoot friction points, and co-create scalable solutions.
  • Act with urgency and creativity to identify revenue opportunities, resolve challenges, and accelerate time-to-value for new features and capabilities.
  • Act as a market intelligence conduit for partners, translating trends in CTV monetization, SPO, and demand consolidation into actionable guidance and strategic adjustments.
  • Represent FreeWheel in strategic business reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and industry forums.
  • Mentor fellow team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the broader revenue organization.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $118,125.32 - $177,187.97
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $57,857.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
