Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with agency and advertiser clients to develop RFP responses, client-ready pitch decks, and media plans that showcase the value of our platform.
- Run inventory forecasts and avails in partnership with our internal Campaign Services team and clients' in-house trading teams, ensuring proposals are accurate, strategic, and executable.
- Work with Inventory Desk and Data Desk teams to source relevant inventory, deals, and audience data that support strategic media planning and client objectives.
- Build tailored programmatic recommendations by leveraging platform capabilities, inventory insights, and data-driven strategies to help clients win new campaigns.
- Package performance insights, audience opportunities, and platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for client use.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Trading Specialists to ensure consistency between planning and campaign execution.
- Maintain expertise in agency holding company structures, vertical nuances, and industry trends to inform proposal development.
- Support the creation and upkeep of reusable proposal templates, case studies, and enablement collateral to scale planning efforts across accounts.
- Track and prioritize multiple requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across a fast-moving pipeline of client needs.
Who You Are
- 2 - 4 years of experience in digital media planning, sales planning, or ad operations at an agency, publisher, or ad tech company.
- Strong understanding of programmatic media, including inventory types, targeting approaches, and performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation design skills; able to craft materials that resonate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker comfortable with interpreting data to guide strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities across multiple client projects.
- Collaborative team player who thrives at the intersection of sales, client success, and trading.
