Join Our Team as a Strategic Proposal Writer in our Proposals and Contracts team. We are seeking FSO & FSP Proposal Writing experience within CRO industry.
 

About the Role
 

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting winning proposals? Do you have prior experience in an FSP or FSO model? We're looking for a talented Strategic Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team at Parexel, a leading Clinical Research Organization.
 

In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our business development efforts, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create compelling, client-winning proposals and contracts. You'll combine strategic thinking with creative writing to differentiate our offerings in a competitive market.
 

What You'll Be Doing
 

Drive Proposal Success

Collaborate with proposal managers and sales leaders to develop persuasive, differentiated proposal content that wins business. Conduct thorough market and therapeutic area research to ensure proposals are informed, relevant, and compelling. Contribute strategic insights to planning meetings—identifying client needs, recommending study approaches, and ensuring feasible, high-quality solutions. Own the proposal development process from strategy through delivery, managing timelines and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
 

Build Organizational Excellence

Maintain and enhance our proposal and contract templates, ensuring they're current and accessible. Contribute to case studies and thought leadership materials. Share lessons learned with the team to continuously improve our processes. Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into a leadership role.
 

Who You Are
 

Experienced: You bring very strong proposal and/or contract management experience from a CRO or similar organization. FSP experience highly advantageous.

Detail-Oriented: You have an exceptional eye for accuracy and quality, with strong organizational skills that let you juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Strategic Communicator: You write with clarity and impact, crafting language that resonates with clients and differentiates our solutions.

Global Mindset: You understand the nuances of clinical research across different regions and cultures, with experience working in multinational environments.

Team Player: You're confident collaborating across all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives, and you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Tech-Savvy: You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), design tools, and database systems.
 

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or equivalent field. MBA preferred. Fluency in English and local language (written and oral). Comprehensive understanding of FSP models, clinical study conduct and contractual frameworks. Proven ability to craft compelling, differentiated proposal strategies.
