T2 is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with a minimum of three (3) years of full-time, dedicated proposal writing and proposal operations management experience. This role requires a highly organized, strategic professional who can independently lead the full lifecycle of public-sector procurement responses while continuously improving the processes, content, and tools that support T2's pursuit efforts. 

The Proposal Manager serves as the steward of T2's proposal knowledge base and proposal management processes, driving continuous improvement across the organization's pursuit efforts. The successful candidate will develop a strong working knowledge of T2's products and solutions, enabling strategic collaboration with Sales and subject matter experts on complex technical or specialized topics. 

Key Responsibilities 

Proposal Development & Management 

  • Lead the full lifecycle of procurement responses, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, questionnaires, security questionnaires, and related solicitations. 
  • Manage proposal efforts from opportunity evaluation through final submission, including research, compliance reviews, content development, copyediting, production, and delivery. 
  • Help produce clear, compliant, persuasive, and customer-focused proposal responses while managing multiple concurrent deadlines. 
  • Support resellers, channel partners, and strategic partners by developing proposal content, product overviews and partner response packages. 

Knowledge Management 

  • Manage T2’s proposal knowledge base, reusable content library, and proposal management platform, keeping information current, accurate, and readily reusable. 
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and subject matter experts to incorporate new product capabilities, enhancements, and competitive positioning into proposal content and reusable resources. 
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, standard response content, and best practices that improve response quality and reduce proposal development time. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on customer-facing initiatives including product launches, customer presentations, product collateral, training and coaching documentation, and other sales support materials. 
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing regarding proposal trends, recurring customer questions, competitive positioning, and opportunities to strengthen customer-facing content. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of user-facing documentation and other educational materials as needed. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of full-time, dedicated proposal writing and proposal operations management experience. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, research, organizational, and project management skills. 
  • Intrinsically motivated to coordinate and push to get items completed and submitted on a hard deadline. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and proposal automation platforms such as Loopio or similar. 
  • Experience supporting municipal government and higher education procurements is strongly preferred; experience supporting parking, transportation, mobility, SaaS, marketing, or sales is a strong advantage.
