Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, communications, leadership, account management, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand individual needs, communicate value clearly, and guide thoughtful conversations.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
- Strong professional judgment and confidence working with established systems and processes.
- An interest in continued personal and professional development.
- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
- U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
